Medb Kinney

SHOWJUMPER

dublin horse show 2023

Medb had a fantastic week at the Dublin Horse Show in August.

Early on Thursday morning, saw Medb go clear and secure 5th place with Sparkling Taylor Maid in the 138 6-7 year old class.

Later in the afternoon, riding her favourite pony Leiiaish Lady Penelope, Medb secured 4th place in the 128 class and reach the Grand Final.

And on the final day of the show, Medb gave an equitation master class, to secure 3rd place on her chestnut gelding Tyrrellspass Louis.

To qualify for, and place at the Dublin Horse show, with three different ponies, is quite a feat for a young girl. Beyond an innate talent, Medb's commitment, hard work and dedication to improving her equestrian skills keeps her at the top.

Medb wins gold again

Riding her favourite pony Leiiaish Lady Penelope, at the David Broome Event Centre in Wales, Medb secured her third gold medal for Team Ireland. Jumping superbly in the 128 International Teams event, Medb along with team mates Aimee Maloney, Lucia Keane and Charlie Flynn proved too strong for the England, Scotland and Wales teams. 28/07/23

News Update

Medb qualifies a third pony for the 2023 Dublin Horse Show.

At the recent 128 RDS qualifier, held at the Meadows Equestrian Centre, jumping super clear rounds on her pony Leiiaish Lady Penelope, Medb secured her place at the Dublin Horse Show.

Later, Medb also qualified her chestnut gelding Tyrrellspass Louis for the Equitation Class at the Dublin Horse Show.

And most recently, at Barnadown, Medb qualified Sparkling Taylor Maid in the 138 6-7 year old showjumping class.

Quite a season for this impressive young lady.
